You order on-line using our Ordering Form. You can pay using credit or debit card. The payment system uses a Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an
encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Standard delivery is 1 to 2 working days. We have a guaranteed 'Overnight Delivery' option (+ €15.00 / €19.00) to 98% of the Republic (except the extreme West / South West). This applies to all orders received Monday - Thursday before 3.00pm. Unless for weekend delivery, orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday. Our Saturday delivery option is + €30.00. Smaller items are sent using regular mail and usual delivery lead times apply.
If you don't have a measuring tape, you're at work, or maybe you just can't find one, we have developed a unique new tool especially for you. You can now print your own DickyBow 'Measuring Tape' from this web-site. It takes just five minutes to assemble - full instructions are provided. It also prints our DickyBow '5 Step Sizing Guide' with handy boxes to write down your determined sizes. A computer, a printer, scissors and some clear tape - there's no excuses now!
We are confident that if our '5 Step Sizing Guide' is followed closely, it is unlikely the product delivered won't fit. If part of your Tuxedo package doesn't fit we are happy to replace any item. All information pertaining to replacements is on a flyer delivered with our products. We can send a replacement (overnight courier) the same day, if the request is received before 3pm. There is a nominal P&P fee (fee depends on weight), a link for payment will be sent by e-mail.
Remember, all tags must be intact on the suit for returns.
All products have a '7 Day Money-back Guarantee'. You can return the product for any reason. Our guarantee is almost unconditional: you must e-mail us; you must use a secure method of return (registered post); the product must be undamaged; in new condition; in protective plastic; with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been damaged or significantly worn. We are not responsible for the non-delivery of non-registered parcel returns.
If you have a SIZING ISSUE it is more logical to have a replacement part sent out!
